They damaged my car and refused to repair it. Picked up car and it had a big dent on side of car and a broken side bumper. Regional manager, Scott just said nope not their problem. I asked to review cameras on site to see what happened and was advised by one employee that they didn't have cameras and then advised by Scott that they do have camera's but they are just conveniently broken.
