We got a flat in a new trailer tire on the way to Lake Cumberland, so we went into this Tire Discounters. We arrived at 5 til 7:00 on a Friday night, not realizing they closed at 7. They fixed our tire and were awesome about it!! Thank you so much!! :)

I had an awful time... I have been here over 5 hours and still waiting... Being charged $950 and for what!?! Inside the store is so cold I can't stand to sit there and wait.. Totally not professional!!

Felicia has been fantastic! Her customer service is outstanding. I had to make a warranty claim and came in after the competition couldn't help me. She made several calls to find out what was needed and helped me file my claim. (It wasn't quick and easy either!). She was even staying late and on her Birthday to ensure her customers and I were taken care of. I have a new regular tire place! Thank you!

My family and I were traveling for the holidays and one of our tires kept running low. We had stopped in Walton, KY for lunch and saw Tire Discounters. We stopped in and even though they were busy they were able to fit us in and fix our tire in about an hour. VERY IMPRESSED! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. It's hard to find this kind of service today. Thank you!!!!
