I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the service I received on 10/19/25 for a tire change on my vehicle, at their Main st. branch in Gainesville FL. During the service, your technicians severely scratched and marred the rims on my vehicle. This damage was clearly caused by a failure in your process or equipment, as the rims were in good condition upon arrival. Run away from this place 😤🤬 (3hrs just to get a tire change) I’ve been at this tire shop in Gainesville for over three hours just to get a simple tire change. I signed in and waited patiently, but they kept overlooking me and working on other customers who came after me. When I asked about it, I spoke with Cherry, who was very condescending and rude. Great customer service & very fast was in and out in no time, highly recommend
Do not spend your money here. It’s a scams. They don’t even uphold their own warranty policy. It’s not about the customers here. One of the employees installed a plug a week ago I came back because that plug is leaking. The same employees is here saying he didn’t do it when I literally had a convo with the man fixing my tire. The accountability is horrible.
