New management. I purchased 2 used tires. I noticed later that they looked as bad.as the ones that I had them to replace . I called the manager and he told me I was just basically S.O.Luck. I usually buy used tires from Mask tire in Fayetteville. They are the most honest and reasonable family owned business that I know. I bought 4 new tires from them 2 weeks ago and luckily I had a spare cause I ended up running over a nail or something which caused me to have a flat tire. Took it to tire depot the next morning to see if they would patch it or plug it and they refused too. Said I would have to buy another one. Took it to Bucks tires where they patched it, balanced etc and put my tire on my car. I will not be using tire depot again and their warranties are useless. Brought a brand new 22inch tire from these guys because of the price, turns out it had bad thread belt on inside side wall, I asked would they replace it, the answer was no because sometimes dirt get inside tire, after first saying I rode on tire flat but can't explain if that'was the case why tire wear is even. Guys don't stand behind the tires they put on. I guess at the end of the day you get what you pay for, they just loyal customer. I wish I could give it no stars
I just got tires for my daughter's car, and the people here are awesome! Great customer service, and fast, quality service!! I will definitely come back here for all my tire needs!!
