Really seriously in this day and age of economic downturn and you hire someone who answers the phone like that. I get it that the older companies out there cant be too picky. HOWEVER, you can strongly suggest to your staff that they act like they care about a customer. I just called and asked for the times they are open and it was crystal clear to me that I was taking this woman away from something vastly more important than my phone call. I realize to many this is no big deal but to me, it means I will go elsewhere.
