Last Friday my tire started to make a thumping sound, I pulled over and saw a nail. I got back in and crossed my fingers I could get to the closest shop. I stumbled upon Tire City. So glad I did. They fixed my tire and my spare on the back (without even asking) which I had neglected to fix for over a year. They did this all within 20 minutes and free of charge. I was so grateful. A stressful situation was turned into a great experience. Thanks guys, you've gained a lifelong customer.
Great guys, fast and efficient. Prices were good and the tech explained the alignment he did on my BMW so I knew how out of whack it was from potholes.
