Excellent costumer service!
I had the daytime light fixed on my Kia forte three months ago. I was driving and I got an alert saying that the light was broken again. At first I was upset because I just paid these guys to fix the light. I called them and told them that the light broke again after only three months of it Working. They were very kind and apologetic and asked if I could drop the car off and that they would fix the issue for free. This location needs to be investigated by “The better bureau” because I went to another location same company and this location overcharged me $150 more for the same thing I was getting done at another location when I asked the guy who was giving me the estimate he gave me a bunch of excuses as to why the prices were different, but ultimately wasn’t able to explain himself when I caught him in his lie he just kept saying that he was tired, but couldn’t explain to me why the price was so much more for the same tires I ended j... read more
