Great customer service and prices. The only complaint I have, is my hubcaps were not put on correctly and I did not know till one fell off the next day and noticed two other hubcaps were sticking out. I’ve only had my hubcaps for 3 weeks so that really hurt to have lost one. I guess my advice would be to remove your hubcaps or have someone remove them for you before you go there to get new tires.
I have gotten 3 oil changes and bought a set of tires. Great pricing. I've dealt with a couple front counter managers. This past Saturday I dealt with Jay! Her was the most helpful and friendly person so far. Also very prompt. I'd recommend asking for him in particular.
Dropped by without an appointment on Sunday morning after finding out one of my tire pressure dropped to 21 PSI and got a low tire pressure alert on my car’s dashboard. I figured I had a nail stuck in the tire which was found to be true when I pulled into my driveway to check the tire out. This place was the only tire shop open on Sunday within a 5 minute drive from me and I’m so thankful they were open! Jay at the Miramar shop sets a very high standard for management skills and customer care. I had a bad balancing service at another tire choice location, and he immediately offered to fix the issue for free and without an appointment. Further, he identified an issue with my new tires that affected the alignment. He truly went above and beyond to provide me with a great experience.
