Eddie is amazing and gives great service
I would choose 0 stars if I could. I had a huge problem with this shop incorrectly installing a brake caliper, such that the caliper disconnected during driving and caused a violent shake. If this had happened at highway speeds I could have been killed, not to mention other drivers. They used the wrong bolt and it backed itself out. They didn't even torque the caliper bolts down properly. I brought this to the manager's attention almost 6 months ago, wanting only a refund and perhaps a repair of my wheel, which was damaged. ... read more
Amazing service! Only tire shop open on a Sunday (even during a Holiday weekend!). Super professional service. They took my car in right away. Tire was fixed in less than 1 hour. Honest, professional, thorough. The technician was so proficient and attentive. Truly a 5 star experience. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else. These guys are absolute pros and I will not go anywhere else next time I need new tires. Kudos to the manager! Excellent work!
Had an appointment at 8:30 am. It was not honored. Told they were backed up from the night before and there would be a 3-hr turnaround. Upon return to retrieve my vehicle, I stood at the counter for 5 min in front of the cashier before he even acknowledged my presence. Terrible service!
