Brought my car in for a burning smell on the morning of 4/11. Later that afternoon, was told valve cover gaskets were leaking and needed to be replaced. Quoted a price of $1200. Tried to talk me into doing the financing--I decided against it after reading reviews. Called the following day to check on status-still not ready, would be ready Sunday. Didn’t comment good at all before doing work on my car
I feel like I got four service due to the fact that only went in for a oil change I called the day before and made my appointment and were told that I would have my car back before noon I got there around 8:00 and did not get my car back until after 3:00 I had to call and find out if my car was ready then normally only pay about $50 for my oil change I was charged over $100 for a oil change I did not appreciate the service that I got this particular day every time I take my car in for a oil change there is always a problem w... read more
