I asked for a diagnosis on my struts after hitting a pothole, wasn't told what the price was, was haggled into trying to do far more than what I came in for, and they overcharge like crazy for a single tire swap. despite getting nothing changed and a vague vibesy description of what happened to my car, I got charged 60 bucks for the "analysis."
They dont respect you time and customer service is non existent. Had a 12pm appointment and was told it would be about 45 mins. After an hour and 20 I go ask and they haven't even started it. No apology, no offer of a discount just an offer to reschedule. I already made an appointment with a different shop. As a former mechanic i get delays happen, but at least have the decency to say "hey the vehicle before you is taking longer than expected. Do you want to keep waiting or reschedule?" I had previously gone to other car dealers and they did not have my tire size so I decided to go to the Lehigh Acres location to get my 2 tires, they put them on and then they suggested that I buy the other 2 tires so I would have all 4 new tires and be safe on the road. I was treated with respect and the customer service was excellent. Even though they were very busy, they took the opportunity to find the tires I was looking for and delivered them to me the same day at a great price. Tire repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. Proper procedures were followed. Friendly professional staff. Couldn't get any better for walk in service on a Sunday.
