They weren't able to help me directly with my vehicle vibration issue due to extenuating circumstances with the shop tooling at the time, but that's totally ok as they then went above and beyond in assisting me in finding a solution for my vehicle vibration issue with another local shop and alerting me to an issue with the oil pan plug which could've left me stranded for a week. Keep up the good work! Thanks for being cautious and keeping positive customer outcomes in mind!

Made this mistake of choosing this location instead of my usual Brandt Pike. Was greeted by an unfriendly and unhappy individual who told me that he understands I have an appointment but I am gonna be waiting a while. After I told him it was okay he waited a few minutes and then told me the system was down and he couldn't do it. I went to Brandt Pike like I always do and they got me right in and actually made me feel welcome there. I won't make this mistake again.
