Very poor service. Was charged over $500 and the issue with my truck still wasn’t corrected
Had an oil change scheduled 1/31/25. Upon arrival, I advised that I already have the door switch/sensor and questioned if they could install. The rep advised me that they can have their master mechanic complete everything and the rep rescheduled my appointment for 2/07/25 at 8:30am. I returned on that scheduled date and time to have the work completed. It is currently 4:15pm and I’m STILL waiting for the work to be completed. Great experience. Very nice and professional
Not really impressed. Purchased one trailer tire. Thought it would be good to not wait and give them some time. 2 hours later at noon, still not done. Another 1:20 minutes after coming back an hour later still nothing. 3 hrs 20 for one tire. Staff is friendly and they did apologize. I probably should have gone somewhere else. After what I thought was enough time to get the tire complete, I was almost late for a birthday party.
