My daughter came in with a voucher from groupon and they turned her away saying they don't have a technician,so she would have to go to West Memphis.She is young they could have use better customer service and Maybe called for her.Great customer service is everything even if you can't assist the customer guide them in the right direction,maybe call to see if that location have technicians.
