I went to the Holland Tireman about 4 weeks ago with a tire issue. Then the next week My 36 year old son past away suddenly on July 31st. I had a prescheduled trip to New York August 22 but couldn't go without the tire and with funeral and all I went at the last minute for repair so I could make the trip. Well tire man Holland did absolutely nothing to accommodate me under such emotional circumstances, and advised to try another location, As I was standing there.... This is my point ... Tireman got me in right away to fix a tire unfortunately it had to be replaced but I would have been stuck without it. They did a great job thank you
