My tire went flat outside of the Firestone store in Holland. They refused to fix it (or even change it to my spare) since I had driven on it. Husband comes up to put on the spare in their parking lot and we drove it to Tireman in Maumee. They fixed my original tire and put it back on. FREE OF CHARGE! We love Tireman and that will be the only place we ever buy our tires. I now understand why Firestone had an empty parking lot!
Pray you never have to change a flat tire. Tireman has no idea what a torque wrench is, or what it is used for. Lugs so tight, they had to be broken or torched off.
