Great Staff
Was told a nail in my tire was “in the side wall” when it was not. I’m sure being a female, alone in a tire shop I had, “TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME PLEASE!” written across my forehead. Took my vehicle to another shop, they laughed at my story, and patched my tire.

Got my SUV here just to be told there are no mechanics.... y'all got to get it together! Very disappointing

I pulled up to NTB and when I walked in and was about to tell the guy my problem, he knew from the sound of my truck what the exact problem was. He quoted me a price range and everything. I dropped my car off at 8am and was told it will be about a 4 hour job, my truck was ready in 3 hours to my amazement!! The customer service was great, the guys was nice and professional and I loved my experience here. Thanks again
More than a 3 hr wait for an oil change, brake check and belt replaced. Had an appt at 8am but was told when I got here that they don't really use appointments any more and 2 people were ahead of me. I've now been here more than 3 hours and I'm still waiting for my car to get finished. I want here an hour before they even started. If I'd known that appointments don't apply here, I would never have come on a Friday. But now, I don't think I'll ever come back. Very disappointing.
