We had our car towed to Burt Brothers in American Fork in the middle of the night. They called me first thing in the morning to see what the problem was. They said they would run diagnostics and call me back. Unfortunately the update was not what we were hoping, seized motor. But they Austin and Justin were great, they recommend I take my car to a Hyundai dealership to see if it under warranty, but not to stress and if I needed to keep my car in their parking lot for a few days then that was ok. Employees were nice albeit incompetent. So many fails during one encounter. We took our Avalanche there. Requesting they address three issues, $665 later, those three issues were still happening. We didn't drive it off the property. The tech came out and drove it away. 20+ minutes later we decided to leave (not knowing if he decided to take the opportunity to get lunch or what).
