Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely
Got a flat while road tripping through Merrillville. They got me in almost immediately on a random Tuesday morning. Patch was done in less than the promised 30 minutes, and my family was back on the road home. Great experience all around. No upsell, no pressure for extras.
Used this place to purchase tires several times over the last few years. They mist use a call center or something now, because 8 went through setting up an alignment appointment over the phone, called the number listed on Google for this location, and then they call me back and leave a message saying they don't have an alignment tech currently and that I can try schererville. I hate shit like this. Get rid of your call center and hire an employee locally to handle scheduling and phonecalls.
