I do not recommend anything here, they are always delayed and do not value customer time. Had an online appointment at 3, for oil change and tire rotations. Got the vehicle serviced and given back to me around 4:20. Just for oil change and tire rotations they took an hour.
I had a 4 pm appointment for a wheel alignment and tire balance. I checked in at the front desk by 4:05 pm. Once my vehicle was on the lift, the manager on duty/front desk said I would need extra parts to complete my alignment (didn’t say what parts) and would come back with a price. He then advised that I had a nail in the tire wall and another tire was bald and that they should be replaced. He also asked if I had heard a grinding sound, which could be from a hub bearing. Had the online appointment, had the total cost with tax and installation for two tires. They had no record of the appointment, supposedly. The price was approximately $40 more than the documentation for the same service taxes and fees. They removed a little bit of it but it was not the same price as quoted for total online and they claim they did not see my appointment. It wasn't a lot different than the total.
