I go there for all my tire and oil changes. I use the online appointment app and this time they seemed to be annoyed that I did that, like it was a inconvenience to do so. Then when I went to pay with my drive card which states tire barn on the card I was told that the card is no longer used there. Very disappointing this time i guess time to find a new shop.
The store was understaffed for my 1pm appointment. Took an hour and a half just to get my truck into the shop for a screw in my tire that was found
Had a tire emergency while traveling out of state. Due to the helpful customer service in Hobart Indiana, an appointment was quickly scheduled. The tire change service was quick, professional, and personal and we were back on the road within the hour.
Tire barn did a rotation on my front tires. I noticed I had a little shimmy at around 60 mph. I took it back to them & they did a balance free of charge. My Ford Ranger runs perfect, no more shaking at higher speeds. * Nice team to work with, professional staff. I would recommend this Tire barn store on rte -30 in Mereville, In Hugh Mc.
