Would give a zero if I could. The manager at this location had a terrible attitude since I dropped my car. I made an appointment for tire rotation and oil change on my car. The manager told me they could not do an oil change because the system did not show what kind of oil my car took. I know what oil would work in my car but I decided to pass on that because it seemed suspicious that an auto/tire shop doesnt know what oil goes in a vehicle. I had a frustrating experience at Tire Barn today. When I walked in, one employee acknowledged me briefly, but then went to the back. The other employee didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes even though I was standing right in front of the counter. When he finally spoke to me, he asked for my information, but then held up a finger as if to tell me to wait. He then picked up the phone and started helping someone else instead of me.
