I rate this review a 1 star only for the shear fact that I called to have an alignment done, the individual that answered the phone was from a call center across the world. I had scheduled an appointment, and went to the store at the designated time just for the store to tell me that they dont have a fully trained alignment technician. Really poor communication from call center to store. The store is NOT at fault. It is the company that decided to outsource their work across the world.
Had a sidewall blowout on a Sunday morning, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Excellent professional timely service
Drop a car for oil change and over 2 hours later still not done what a joke for this place. I did make appointment for this and was the first one in when the shop was open NOT RECOMMEND FOR IT.I rather go to a quick 10 minute drive thru and pay the same price or less never again
A repeat customer. Bought a full set of tires with the road hazard protection about two years ago. I noticed one of my tires was extremely low and stopped in. A screw was found in the tire. It got patched up quickly and left without paying anything else. I have had previous tire repairs under the road hazard protection and haven't paid anything extra. The store manager and technician are very nice and took care of me.
