I was charged twice for an alignment. Once I realized it they had already completed transaction and apparently they can’t refund when you pay cash. Now a month later still waiting for refund check. When I was there the manager was yelling and very rude to another customer who returned to get car refixed after issue wasn’t fixed first time. My alignment is not straight but you couldn’t pay me to go back and have them fix it again.
Tire Barn doesn’t know the difference between a plain valve stem cap and a cap that has ST on it and matches the emblems on her SUV. My wife had to make a second trip back to get the cap since the tech threw it in the trash. Come on Tire Barn use common sense!

RecommendedThe team here found a screw in my tire and fixed it for $20. I was in and out of the shop fast. I was treated with respect. The wait time estimate was accurate. I will go back to this shop if needed!

I have only ever taken my car here for tire replacement and repairs the last few years. They are always efficient and quick, HOWEVER, this last time...they absolutely when above and beyond what they ever needed to do. Specifically Andy! I came in for a tire replacement of a flat I got. Andy did an inspection of the all the tires before we were to discuss what tire I should get and prices etc. Upon his review he noticed I had 2 different size rims on my car, which is potentially very dangerous and could lead to costly repairs... read more

Andy Papiez and his team did a wonderful job of selling me new tires for my Lincoln and Putting on new tires for my BMW. They were reasonable and very efficient!! My overall experience was outstanding! Would recommend Tirebarn in Highland Indiana to everyone!!
A customer asked a question about the manufacturer date about the tire, and the sales person who was waiting on us got all offended about the question. A customer has the right to know the manufacturer date of the tires purchased. Because of his attitude, this business lost a $900.00 sale.
