Outstanding service! Drove to Indy from Cle for a weekend trip w friends. A piece of metal punctured my tire when I was getting ready to head home on Sunday, and Tire Barn was the ONLY place open that could patch/replace my tire. Employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. When I returned to pick up my car, the staff nonchalantly waived my service fees in order to alleviate the stress of a taxing day trying to figure out how to get back home to Cle. Stopped by Tire Barn on Tuesday with a nail in my tire. They repaired it and inflated all my tires to the proper psi. Not only was it done in a reasonable amount of time but everyone was pleasant to deal with. It was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience and intend to go back when the need arises!

Blew a tire on 465 on my way to St Vincent's Fishers for my pregnant wife's lab tests. I dropped her off and only had an hour to get the donut spare replaced with a new tire. Tire Barn was 10 minutes away. They got me in, both rear tires replaced and the donut spare put away for me in only 30 minutes. Boom. Great job!

A bunch of thieves and scam artists! Had a flat tire, dealer sold us a car without a spare. Tire went flat during most recent cold spell.Went in for advertised free repair. Said not repairable need new tire. I said well I will need the tire put back on the rim since I don't have a spare. He brought me out the repaired tire FULLY INFLATED. Hum.
