Absolutely the slowest and most unprofessional nail spa I’ve ever been to. I came in for a simple removal, and they actually started on me… only to stop halfway and move on to another client who wanted a full set. Seriously? I was left just sitting there while they prioritized someone spending more money. Completely disrespectful and disorganized. If you can’t manage your clients properly, don’t take more appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or basic customer service.
Overall: It was a tacky experience and I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come to get their nails done here. You need to post "CASH ONLY" signs and remove the "We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc" signs. You are misleading customers and putting them in an uncomfortable situation because the customer is under the impression that your establishment actually accepts credit cards (since you have those signs posted.) Worst experience ever, run don’t walk away from this nail place. First the lady just tried to rip off my existing acrylics without soaking them first she hurt me so bad and when I told her she was hurting me, she hardly cared at all then the dip power she used was faulty there was clearly something wrong with the formula instead of making it right she just wanted to cover over it with another color when I said no she became very angry with me.
