Anh is absolutely amazing! Since my nails are weak, she kindly recommended the Gel-X extension. I've always had a complex about my nail shape, so finding out about this option was a lifesaver—it truly cleared away years of worries. On top of that, she perfectly recreated the specific design I wanted. Other salons had turned down this exact design before, but Anh had the skills and knowledge to make it happen. Anh is PHENOMENAL! She is gentle but the way she restored my toes after years of damage I've literally dropped a hydroflask on them. I thought they were beyond hope but Anh she made them look like no other nail technician ever has before!
I called asking if they are available for walk ins. They said yes, come. When I arrived they asked me to wait. I waited and they proceeded to take 3 other people before me. These 3 people came in after I did. They eventually asked me to come back later. I am not coming back.
Absolutely the slowest and most unprofessional nail spa I’ve ever been to. I came in for a simple removal, and they actually started on me… only to stop halfway and move on to another client who wanted a full set. Seriously? I was left just sitting there while they prioritized someone spending more money. Completely disrespectful and disorganized. If you can’t manage your clients properly, don’t take more appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or basic customer service.
Overall: It was a tacky experience and I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come to get their nails done here. You need to post "CASH ONLY" signs and remove the "We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc" signs. You are misleading customers and putting them in an uncomfortable situation because the customer is under the impression that your establishment actually accepts credit cards (since you have those signs posted.)
