I will tell you a short story about Tip Top Restoration company and problems which we had 2 months ago. We were refurbishing a rental unit which had a lingering pungent stench that we couldn't seem to eliminate no matter how much we cleaned, painted or aired out the place. Tip Top Restoration saved our house, definitely. Our pipe broke in the middle of the night and our whole kitchen and our hallways began to flood. At that time there's no company specialized in water damages which is available, but Tip Top Restoration reacted to our emergency, and they did it in the best way. In under 50 minutes that they were already in our home and began to extract all of the water. They also dried and fully disinfected all the areas affected by the water. Their customer service is just the best.

The drain in my patio was clogged: it rained heavily and the water never went down the drain. Instead, it accumulated at night and my patio became a giant pool. The next day, when I woke up, I realized that my patio was completely flooded and that there was a lot of water inside my house. Well, it's never fun discovering that you've had a slow leak within your wall for a matter of a couple of months. Not to mention my birthday party was bearing down on us and there's no time to wait. We were looking at a fair amount of demo and downtime as things dried out. Steven managed the team and came out asap to get things moving right away.
