I didn't have a good experience. I came in to have my beard wax. But it was understandable. But my problem was that they kept pushing sales that I didn't even want. I hot my foot bath and ect, but they didn't do all the service they had posted and still charged me full price. They guy who attended me was just on his phone or was talking to his partner in a different language and kept pointing at me like they were makeing fun of me. I was uncomfortable and just didn't feel like i got the full service I needed.
horrible customer service. asked for a design and nail tec couldn’t do it properly. Had an attitude the whole time. had to get a whole new nail tech to do my pedicure.
BLUF: pricy and dirty. $134 for 2 pedicures was not worth it..dirty chairs, and one of the techs who was doing my husbands nails, NEVER shuts up, I was trying to be polite but I don’t need constant personal qtions, even if culturally aware, just shut up already! Part of the experience I seek is calmness and relaxation. We will NOT go back.
Probably the worst pedicure and most uncomfortable setting I’ve been to for nail services. It was made clear that we were an inconvenience, the timer for my massage was started almost 2 whole minutes early, “massage” was TERRIBLE and essentially nonexistent. Paint was all over my toes and I had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed and was made to feel like such a nuisance. Maybe I had the wrong nail tech, my first experience was horrible, when I sat down he tried to do my nails on a dirty towel that had the previous customer old nails still stuck on the towel, he cut my index finger with the electric nail filer I was bleeding everywhere, and I have residue of nail glue underneath my nails and top coat residue past my nail beds, which looks so unprofessional looks like white crust surrounding my nails.
