Only have a 1 star since 0 was not an option. Emailed this company and after no response for 3 days I gave them a call in which I left a message. Still after no response for 2 days,i gave another call in which Autumn answered. Immediately i was given excuse after excuse which involved her 5 kids as to why she haven't returned my email or calls and also told that due to her other job, cleaning Schumucker homes, she was pressed for time as well as her OTHER job with her husband and their construction company.. Horrible business. Had appointment set and they never showed up with no call. Called owner 5 times before she answered. She didn't know what happened said she would get back to me as soon as possible to let me know. She never called me back. Called another 8 times to try to reschedule and she never answered or called back!
I’d like to report a negative experience I’ve had while trying to work with this company. I saw a Groupon for a whole house cleaning for $128 and called the vendor directly to obtain this fee for their service. I like supporting small businesses and giving them the full value of their product (sorry Groupon). After speaking to the very pleasant owner I scheduled a cleaning for Friday 8/26/16 at 9:30am.
