A full florist and gift shop Tipton and Hurst are known around Little Rock as a great florist. When I have been in to buy something they were very nice and helpful. They are not the cheapest in town but they are among the best.
Rude Went for a wedding consultation and never even got an introduction. I felt like they didn't hear what I was saying, and was straight-up told that I had planned all my seating for dinner wrong because the manager would do it differently. Did not seem excited or even willing to be involved in my wedding. I didn't feel I should have to defend my wedding colors/seating choices/plans to my florist, so they will not be my florist. âGreat Service in Little Rock!!â I have never ordered flowers before, and thought I would send some to my girlfriend. I was told to use a local florist instead of a service online. I ordered from Tipton & Hurst. I initially did not know what to send, but they made it really easy. The lady walked me through the order, and helped me find the perfect gift for the right price. I will use them again in the future.
Everyone deserves a second chance, but....... I wouldn't recommend Tipton and Hurst. Today is my birthday and I was supposed to receive flowers delivered this morning....well it is 2:00 pm and I am still waiting, so my dad called to find out what the problem was, and they had it scheduled for next Thursday! This was their second chance...the first time was this past Valentine's Day when my 4 year old waited and waited for hours looking out the window for her flowers and bear.
