Braden doesn’t follow through and doesn’t seem to care. We bought my wife’s Navigator here a few years ago and had a decent experience. I saw a 2026 Raptor on their website and called. They connected me to Braden who let me know it was in a QA hold. They had the best price I’d seen on one, so I was fine waiting.
