I recently purchased a 2022 Ford escape from Tipton Ford. Toby was kind, helpful and courteous. We did notice when I got the car home that the tread of the back tires were more worn than the front. I felt Tipton Ford should not have sold the vehicle like that since the manual clearly states all tires must match in this AWD vehicle. They gave me a discount but the total cost should have been covered for me.
