Add an appointment for 11 in the morning. Got there early? Took an hour and a 1/2 to get an oil change. And tires rotated i'm very disappointed.
Not a fan, really couldnt care less about you lol. A facade of friendliness and the same standard deals as every other ford. Accounting/loan dept is great.
Went to look at a vehicle, test drove and was working with sales associate Kai, I was upfront with him about credit and what I was hoping for.
