I called the service department got a price on changing the harmonic balancer on a 2019 Ford fusion hybrid was quoted 10 hours labor $1,800 not including parts. I did the job myself in less than 4 hours had never done it before these people are either scamming and overcharging or they're overpricing the job so they don't have to do it because they're lazy one of the two pretty pathetic either way. Yeah I bet it's consistent at overpricing everyone and it's pretty obvious from the response that you don't care.

The body shop did a great job on my bedliner and the service department did a great job on the service. The staff was great at keeping me updated and comfortable while waiting.

I usually hate the process of buying a vehicle but the staff at Tipton made it painless and enjoyable. They valued our time, requests, and handled our purchase in a friendly and professional manner! I highly recommend them, so much so my daughter drove in from OKC to buy the vehicle she has been wanting and searching 4 years for😀. They have earned our business.

A lot of customers standing around waiting for assistance. Building markings had me waiting at the wrong one while corporate vehicle needed maintenance. I wasn't really impressed, but then again it's a Nacogdoches business.
