Wish i could do better, certain sales person made my review/experience rate this. Hopefully one day they can treat the customer with respect just like management does.

Got a fair deal on my trade in. Everyone was professional got to meet with a few of the managers great staff. I walked in looking and smelling like garbage and drove out in a brand new car. Drove in from Alabama the night before. Thank you Kevin, Joseph and the entire staff. Y'all did good.

I took my truck into Tipton Ford because of a transmission issue. They took it in and found the issue in just a few hours. Gave me a call, told me what was wrong, fixed after I said ok and had it ready the next day. As always great service took very good care of me. I didn’t know that I had an extended warranty on it but they found it for me that may it even better! Thank you Tipton Ford!
