Didn't seem to care if they sold a car or not. Lied about a KBB valuation to the tune of $10,000 . hail damage and refused to discount, shrugged it off. Only Customer in the building and still after 5 minutes had to go ask for help. Oily car sales feeling. Thought those practices has died off 30 years ago. But still alive here. Definitely need a management change
