We needed to replace a title for our vehicle that is titled out of state. We now live in TX and licensed in TX. We call the state we lived in to get a form to replace our title. We got the title form and took it to a DMV and was told they said we have to do it ourselves which I knew that but they just brushed me off. On the form it also said we could take it to a car dealer.
