Had my 2017 F250 there for hail damage repair. Took over 5 months to repair and still not right. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now I have to take it to Hacienda Ford to have it repaired correctly. Do Not Use This Body Shop.....
This is the first and last time I take my car to this place. I took it in on the 12th of January and now they tell me that it won’t be ready till AROUND the 16th of February. I called several times left messages and they never returned my call. I finally talked to Ruben Perales and that’s when he tells me my car won’t be ready till (maybe) February 16th. I’m attaching a picture of my damage, it’s not like they had to repair the whole car. Delays, slow service, no updates given. You have to keep calling cuz they won’t at leas... read more
