This is the first and last time I take my car to this place. I took it in on the 12th of January and now they tell me that it won’t be ready till AROUND the 16th of February. I called several times left messages and they never returned my call. I finally talked to Ruben Perales and that’s when he tells me my car won’t be ready till (maybe) February 16th. I’m attaching a picture of my damage, it’s not like they had to repair the whole car. Delays, slow service, no updates given. You have to keep calling cuz they won’t at leas... read more

I don't usually like to have any work done at Dealerships for obvious reasons, pricey! But after my 2010 Toyota Venza was hit head on, my insurance recommended Tipton Ford Auto Body. I met Jake there and he was such a pleasant and helpful person to work with. Jake made sure my car was fixed to industry standards. He helped me through the entire insurance process.
