Tipton is a great company. I just moved out of my apartment managed by them and can’t say enough good things. All the way from move in to move out I never had any hiccups.

Tipton group is a poor asset manager. Property next to us with tons of trees have to pay 300/month for bigger sqft. We have less space and are paying over 911/month. Cirrus asset management was better. These guys don't know how to get cheaper labor or contractors. They tell owners its cost of living increase...like its our job to pay for their lifestyle
They discriminate. My fees are way higher than other owners. If they are renting and keeping the profit from the units. Why is their cost passing on to a home owner. Fielder crossing should pay its own bills not squeeze private unit owners. The pool has been closed 2 years since I have been here. Zero access to gym. They are a very poor management
I had an extremely negative experience with the management at Fleetwood Apartments, operated by the Tipton Group/Heritable Management. The staff has demonstrated unprofessional behavior and a lack of transparency. When I moved in, the apartment was not ready for occupancy, and it took the involvement of my attorney to be released from the lease.
