I live in their Houston owned property Lakeview! Tipton Management is a slumlord slow to address concerns. The cabinets are outdated, maintenance is lacking, trash frequently piles up everywhere, and the property is neglected. I had to pay for my own pest control services I cannot recommend them to anyone!!!
I recently moved into an apartment in Edgewater Lake Jackson and was impressed by the maintenance team. I called to request help with a broken drawer, and Eduardo quickly came and fixed the drawer the next day. He was friendly and everything is working well now.

April 09, 2026 Roach infested, constant plumbing problems, brand new broilers that were installed in February 2026 caught on fire on April 05, 2026, management is rude, skunks, stray cats, raccoons, Possum everywhere! Unlivable conditions! Scamming and taking advantage of tenants for repairs that are actually suppose to be paid by them. Property is falling apart! Hazardous living conditions! Dont rent from them .
