They discriminate. My fees are way higher than other owners and im not working. If they are renting and keeping the profit from the units. Why is their cost passing on to a home owner. Fielder crossing should pay its own bills not squeeze private unit owners. The pool has been closed 2 years since I have been here. Zero access to gym. They are a very poor management

Crooks with no morals, they raised the HOA 400% in one year, from $400 to $1600 a month with no notice. Trash company and people.
I applied at the Vue of Castle hills, gave them a $250 deposit that was over a month ago these apartments are managed by the Tipton group I have called numerous people about my refund they claimed it was sent to the wrong address but now no one is returning my calls, I have never had this much trouble getting a refund back I am almost ready to hire a lawyer I would not recommend this Management group to anybody
Worst management company to rent from !! Tipton does not have any customer service skills. They run very nasty establishments. The one I am in right now has mice and roaches !
