This was the company that took over my unit at the Belmar @ Everton apartments, which has been extremely unsatisfactory. On the first day of their ownership, the office conducted a walkthrough and issued a three-day notice for me to remove a camera I had installed outside. I informed the office that the camera was installed to address neighbors leaving dog feces on my lawn. However, this prompt action was not taken due to a leak in my unit.
