Ive been trying to reach Tipton Group's corporate office to file a complaint . Despite multiple emails and calls, I have received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying tenant, I expect better service from a company responsible for managing residential properties. I urge management to address these concerns and improve their communication with residents.
do NOT aren’t from these people 1. maintenance requests go unanswered 2. they must have a strict “no answering the phone” policy bc I have never once gotten ahold of anyone, so much so that I drive to their office, called before walking in, and watched the employee sit on their laptop as the phone was ringing next to them 3. empty units have been left unlocked (free rent to anyone reading this!) 4. one of my requests (labeled as “in progress”) is to have them activate the keypads to enter the apartment was opened oct 2nd, is... read more
