I came to this nail salon because of a Groupon deal, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The technician who did my toes, Anna, was not welcoming at all—there was no greeting and the overall atmosphere felt very cold. Throughout the appointment, there was little to no communication, and her attitude came across as rude and uninterested. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, and that was lacking here.

ENGLISH REVIEW I had an excellent experience with Anita today. I booked an Express Pedicure through Groupon, but what I received was truly deluxe-level care. Anita was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. She listened carefully, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. As someone with a background in spa and med spa management, I’m very aware of service quality and pricing — and the level of care I received would normally be valued much higher than what I paid.
