I had high hopes coming here based on the reviews and was very dissapointed. My nail tech sanded my gel and cuticles off on my feet, cutting into my cuticles and making me bleed and she did not soak my hands or cut my cuticles on my fingers either, she sanded my cuticles off dry resulting in HORRIBLE cracked looking cuticles and VERY dry cut up skin around my nails. She also did a horrible job with the polish, it is very uneven and the clear top coat isn't covering all of my nails. My nails have never looked worse. I am lea... read more
Ness was amazing very thorough and communicated very well.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off charging $1o to soak off previous work is crazy to me. Then charging $74 for gel x is also crazy to me. I called back because I realized that I was overcharged and she tried to tell me it was because I got a special square shaped nail when its just square and then she tried to tell me I had gotten the same shape last time, when did square become round? She also tried to tell me that I was overreacting and that places charge the same but no they do not. I know of people wh... read more
