I recently had a nail appointment, at tipsy and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My nail technician Veronica took their time to make sure everything was done carefully and precisely. I've been to this place several times and my manicures have always turned out great. The pedicures are always good too. The salon is very nice, very clean, and definitely has a more upscale feel. My biggest issue is the lack of transparency about how long services will take. I recently got a gel pedicure that took two hours and cost $90. That's fine if that's the expectation, but I would have appreciated knowing that upfront. I absolutely loved my nail service 💅✨Keyla is the manicurist, and she did an amazing job! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The results came out beautiful—exactly what I wanted 😍 The cleanliness and atmosphere were also excellent, which is very important to me. You can really see the quality in both the products and her work. I will definitely be coming back ❤️
I love citing to this salon! Ann and Kazu are extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining the different methods- I was in between hard gel and gelx and they were educating me on the best option for my nails. The salon is beautiful and the staff is so kind. 10/10 recommend- shout out to all of the ladies! 💗
