I came in as a walk-in and was told the wait would be about 5–10 minutes. I understand that wait times can change, but it ended up being closer to 25 minutes. If I had been given a more accurate estimate, I likely would have chosen to go elsewhere rather than wait. When I was seated for my pedicure, the water was extremely hot. Two staff members told me to sit down, and when I mentioned that the water was too hot, my concern was not acknowledged or addressed. Went this afternoon with my cousin and niece. It was my niece's first time getting full set of nails. They all turned out great. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend and am eager to return again!!
I have been going to tipsy for over 5 years. I love Julie and everyone else there the environment is so welcoming and they are always excited to see me. on top of that they have always been able to give me the best fresh set !! I absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family !
