Absolutely terrible experience with Kim Ly. Kim and a staff were speaking Vietnamese while looking directly at me and laughing, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing business. I came in expecting basic respect and left feeling humiliated. I will never spend another dollar here and would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
They do a phenomenal job! Always exceed my expectations!
Nice places
There is a specific person I very kindly ask not to have when I come in due to my previous experiences with her rushing, cutting me and drawing blood more than once, leaving me with uneven shape, etc.. its obvious that has been a topic of discussion amongst them because now when I come in I get glares, obvious gossiping, and they leave me waiting far past my appt time. Will not be going back. We deserve to request not to be put with someone who has given you a bad experience and not receive petty treatment because of it.
