Staff is rude. I’ve been here several times and they never give me the shape I ask for and said it’s bc I’m getting a refill. This will be my last visit here. When I paid the lady claimed I owed $5 from last time trying to scam me out of more money. I have never owed on any of my services so this time I didn’t tip. I don’t reccoment this place at all.ill post a pic later my nails don’t even match.

I think they’ve been deleting my review and photos of this place but I will still keep reposting it. Stay far away! Very rude technicians. Awful attitudes, the front desk woman, Trang Ho, is a complete bully. There was a miscommunication in how I wanted my nails to be shaped and instead of being angry, I told her it was fine multiple times and that I just wanted her to finish one nail I had left. It was quite warm inside, I felt gross and sweaty sitting in the massage chair while getting a pedicure. The man doing my pedicure was friendly and he did a nice paint job. The massage on my legs part was very meh. They asked if I wanted the manicure at the same time and I said no, but then he said I should try dip nails as it’s safer on nails and lasts a long time.
