Extremely rude staff. Hung up on me while I was trying to make an appointment. I called back and she picked up and hung up that call. I did call the manager to register a complaint , and the manager said “Sorry Ma’am, we don’t have time for that” (referring to addressing my complaint). She then hung up on me as well. Absolutely disgusting non professional behavior. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this type of behavior from any business.
The name says it all—Tipsy indeed. Stay far away from this place. It took me approximately 6 months to heal my nails after a manicure here. Completely inexperienced technician and careless work. Horrible experience.
Tipsy Nail & Lash Bar is my absolute go-to for manicures and pedicures! The salon is always spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I have tried four different nail salons in the Boynton Beach and Lantana area, but none of them have compared to Tipsy Nails. When I first read some negative reviews, I almost didn't give them a chance. But I'm so glad I did because I can't understand why anyone would have anything bad to say about this place. Made an appt for my daughter and when she got there they said there was no record of it. She had to wait half an hour totally unacceptable and we are not going back. I called to complain and The owner was so rude. Don’t use them.
