Customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. There was no clear communication at all. When I asked about the price for a full set, the staff member mumbled something and just said “later,” which is very unprofessional. During the service, my hand was handled very roughly and uncomfortably. I was passed back and forth between two different nail technicians, and unfortunately, neither of them did a good job. Worst gel full set I've had in a while. Uneven polish across the nails, the length was uneven. Very disappointed, in my crooked half painted nails. There are several crooked nails that do not cover my actual nail. There sign says starting at 35$, that's not true it starts at $55. Parking lot is also a nightmare. There are two disabled spots that people abuse and not much space available for regular parking. Also by a busy liquor store so there is a lot of tweaker activity.
