Don't book an appointment using their online booking service. I did and when I called hours later to confirm I was told that the times online are only suggested times and that be has a lot of people who call for appointments. If this is the case then maybe remove the online appointment setting function. I'm pretty disappointed.

1st time client. I don't often get to treat myself so it really sucked when I felt a panic attack coming on when we still had a few coats of polish to do. Jin (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was super patient and kept checking in to make sure i was OK. Not only to I appreciate the kindness and compassion, I was able to finish my nails and he did an awesome job! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Tips and Toes since they opened years ago. They are the best in town!!! I don’t like going anywhere else. Thanks team Tips and Toes for making my nails look so good
