I’m sorry but I won’t be coming back and would discourage anyone from patronizing Tips & Toes. They didn’t even remove all of the old nail polish before adding new polish which made my nails look spotty and uneven. After I complained; I was told “sorry” and they didn’t even try to correct my concerns. This was the first and last time for me.

I love my nails, Tran did an amazing job, i will definitely be returning.
We always use this salon and have always had great service. Today my mother in law took my father in law to have his nails cut. Stage 4 cancer and is using a walker. When they thought it was just her it was no issue but when she said it was for him they said no. They said they had no time. There was no one in the store! She ended up going to the other salon at the end and they took him right in. She left in tears and is still highly emotional about it.
