I went here to get my acrylic nails off and the lady lied to me about the price of a nail treatment so that I would get one. She told me that it would be $15 and then later she said it was $35. I asked her why she said that no it’s $15 for gel polish which she never told me before the service. They also don’t do proper sanitation. They used the same nail filer as well as equipment and towels on everyone that was there including me. I will never come back.
Most times before services, I ask clarifying questions about price but today I did not. My gel manicure ended up being $68.00. My Gel pedicure was $50.00. The full set is different than the full set without extensions? But who gets a full set without extensions at all, I thought that was just a Gel Manicure? So $118.00 for both, plus about a $7.00 tip, which could have been higher for the overall cost of my service, but I was taken back by the price and didn’t anticipate spending so much. Another excellent service by Lisa!! I love purple but this color with “cat eyes” was amazingly beautiful. I had to have my toes done too. Thank you Lisa and all you do! I’m not from Rochester and was visiting for a week. I Found them on google maps and wish I looked somewhere else. The lady who did my nails was very nice but sadly my gel polish lasted 5 days. Got them done last Monday and came in to fix them Friday before my flight. Came back home and three more nails completely pilled off.
