I booked myself a spa pedicure hoping for a relaxing experience but it turned out to be quite stressful. The entire service felt rushed and the person assigned to me seemed very uninterested in doing their job. Overall, it was a total waste of both time and money.
This place has really gone downhill in the past few years. I was very disappointed with my "spa" pedicure today. The polish on one of my big goes was uneven and rough and when I asked for it to be redone, they didn't have anyone who had time to correct it or any interest in making it right. The foot and leg massage was virtually non-existent and there was almost no attention to my callouses. I rarely post reviews, but this was so bad that I'm making an exception. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
I've been going here for manicures for several years and the service is always impeccable. From simple color to complex designs, the staff can do it all. It's a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience.
They do a wonderful job every time. I’ve been going here for years, open long hours and very friendly.
