I’ve been a loyal customer at Tips and Toes for years, but after today, I won’t be returning. Daisy has always been kind, but she’s allowing Ann to damage her business. When I arrived today, there was one person getting a pedicure from Ann, and Daisy was doing someone’s nails. Daisy greeted me and directed me to a chair for a pedicure, so I sat and waited.
