I’ve been a loyal customer at Tips and Toes for years, but after today, I won’t be returning. Daisy has always been kind, but she’s allowing Ann to damage her business. When I arrived today, there was one person getting a pedicure from Ann, and Daisy was doing someone’s nails. Daisy greeted me and directed me to a chair for a pedicure, so I sat and waited. the staff was super friendly and the service was awesome and seriously the best in town. I left feeling fully pampered and eager to return for my next visit.
$115 plus tip (because I’m not a monster) for the absolute worst manicure of my entire life. The fact that not a single other customer walked in during the two and a half hours I was wasting my time in there should have been my first clue. STAY AWAY!!!
