Booked an appointment online and spent over 35 minutes waiting for a 15 minute appointment. Meanwhile I saw other people arrive and be served before with no appointment. Discriminatory garbage service.
Avoid here for a wax!! In a filthy room in the back with a security camera with a bit of tape over it. Did not follow the direction of hair and missed lots of hairs. Did not listen to me telling them the wax was too hot.
I've been going to Tips and Toes Fitzroy for a number of years now and can honestly say they are the nicest bunch of people with the nicest Manager, Tina. Occasionally, I have had to use alternative salons while I travel and I always regret it and Im glad to be back in Fitzroy at the salon again. Quality products, clean, hygenic and friendly service every time.
My partner and I LOVE coming here for a fresh nail set! The girls & Tina are great and try to see everyone who walks in - so there can be a wait, but it's expected. I always ask for nail designs and additional stickers and they're so good! Always leave obsessed
