Extremely disappointing experience. The quality of the service was far below expectations, especially considering how expensive this place is. The work was rushed, lacked attention to detail, and the final result was not worth the premium price they charge. I’ve had much better service elsewhere for significantly less money. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
I am hesitant to write this review, but I don’t want others to share the same poor experience I had at this salon. In short, I tried this salon for a basic gel pedicure and within minutes of leaving, the entirety of the polish was smudged (the paint was not applied or dried well). I returned two days later for a correction of the service where I was arbitrarily charged a $10 service fee, and less than 24 hours later, the paint smudged again.
