Unfortunately this was a terrible experience from start to (unpainted) finish. We made two appointments for 2:45pm over the phone, and arrived at 2:40pm. They sat us at 3pm, didn't start the first persons nails until 3:20, and fully ignored the second person until 4pm. For the hour and fifteen minutes we sat there, no one looked at us, spoke to us, apologized, or acknowledged the wait (even when we asked!) - I was starting to think we were in the twighlight zone. I had my nails done by Flower at 3:30 pm today, and I had to calm down before writing this review. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. My nails look horrible;crooked, uneven, and with no real shape at all( see photos). I will never go back. What made it worse was that after I expressed how unhappy I was, she still asked me for a tip. Completely unprofessional. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
My mom and I love this place. Very welcoming, quick service and relaxing.❤️
I had a gel X full set, the tech was awesome. My nails look fantastic! Will definitely swing by again next time.
