Manager was incredibly rude. Started our nails then left us sitting there w gel remover on them for 22 minutes so she could help someone else. We had an appointment too. No explanation from her. Been a customer for over 3 years. Done!
Very rude , it’s ok she was swamped with appointments and can’t accommodate, but the tone was not at all customer friendly.
Best salon I’ve experienced. All the girls are amazing, so patient and gentle. Been coming here for years!
