Miss or hit demanding on the nail technician. Sometimes they are clear other times little sloppy on cleanness or keeping the appointment time. That is always the case. Even if you make appointments, they will take walkins and make you wait more than 30 minutes. However, they are definitely better in Danville comparatively. I had a good nail spa in Blackhawk plaza. However they closed during Covid.
I have been to 3 different places that do nails and tips and toes is by far the best in San Ramon!
I’m so sad to be moving away from the place that has been my friendly, caring nail salon for over 12 years. Wish I could take them with me
Manager was incredibly rude. Started our nails then left us sitting there w gel remover on them for 22 minutes so she could help someone else. We had an appointment too. No explanation from her. Been a customer for over 3 years. Done!
