I went to tips n toes for the first time and I went in signed my name on Sat down, I sat there for 40 minutes and not only did I sit there for a while they skipped over me and they not one looked at me and when they asked who was next I didnt even have a chance to speak they automatically pointed to this girl and said come on back I was hope to get my nails done for my birthday then that happens I just walked out

I went there for the first time last weekend, THEY WERE PACKED! They told me 30 min so I decided to go next door for some pizza. Returned 40 min later and there were add'l ppl waiting... as I was contemplating if they remembered me or not, since no-one acknowledged me, the owner ushered me into the most comfortable massage chair I've ever been in, and I get pedicures ever 6-8 weeks for the past 5 years, I have no loyalty to any shop, just whichever one happens to be closest when I have the time and need. Went infor the first time the enployee was extremely rude and screamed at me in front of all the customers and told me i was "getting on his nerves" ?!? asked him to stop because i was paying for the service he said he wasnt going to be quiet and kept trying to make me pay for the service before they even finished.the owner was there and never apologized for the incident just told me tp go back and have someone else take care of me .not worth the visit.

The nail techs are awesome. I moved to TX and miss them so much. I've been going here for several years and have taken friends and family and everyone always loves it.

I read the other persons review and found it rather hard to believe. My first visit was 11/20/11 and I got a full set and pedicure. I was impressed with my nails and the nail tech massaged my hands and legs I feltGREAT! I drive from N. Kansas city to Rowland park kansas I much rather have quality and look good

This place is HORRIBLE- I can not express to you how bad it is! The staff is very rude and the quality is aweful! I was a walk in around 10 am during a weekday. The nail tech had me sit down immediately, began working and within 2 mins another customer walked in and was recognized by name. The tech asked me to move over, took the customer that walked in and I had to wait 5 mins for another tech to come over. She said the lady who walked in had an appointment, but was late.
