I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for about three years now, always going to Vivian — who is incredibly talented, consistent, and friendly. I’ve always been happy with the nails she’s done for me. Got my nails done today. They did so good on the design!
On March 10, I went to Tips to Toes to pamper myself with a manicure. I hadn’t done this in years. I picked the clear color for my nails. Vivian painted my nails. She applied two coats of polish. Barely two days later the polish began chipping, cracking and catching in my clothes. I certainly hadn’t pampered myself at all! I had merely WASTED $35!!
Recently I went to Tips 2 Toes Nails & Spa for my very first time. I chose the clear lacquer for my manicure. But now I can't even tell if I've had anything done to my nails. They look exactly as they did before I walked into Tips 2 Toes Nails & Spa. I don't see any gloss on my nails. Many times in the past I've chosen clear nail lacquer. And I've come away with a smooth, glossy finish. But not at Tips 2 Toes Nails & Spa. Vivian didn't even file my nails properly. They keep catching on my clothes all the time.
