I went to the salon to get a pedicure with gel polish. The nail tech cut my cuticle so bad it began bleeding. She applied some antiseptic and dunked my foot back into the water. After explaining that my toe stung she finally retrieved a bandaid. At this point I wanted to get up and leave but she insisted I let her finish. All of this and only ended up with $5 off of my service. Will never come here again.
Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I had to walk out there because I wanted an almond shape nails and the nail tech got the audacity to tell me that that shape will look ugly on my hands. I always had almond shape nails since forever. If she doesn’t know how to do it, just say so. I showed her a picture of the nail I want, she didn’t even bother to look at it, she immediately said “we no have that kala(color)” I just couldn’t stand having a nail tech who is full of negativity and can’t listen to my needs.
