I went there looking for a competent dental practice to coordinate with a Endodontist that I have already visited. Didn’t happen. Requested the office manager, Brandi, not bill my insurance company for the poor exam I received. She refused. They are exhausting my insurance benefits on their exam by a rookie dentist and a trainee assistant. Poor service will end up costing me money at the next dentist
I had a cleaning in late November, returned 12-03-2024 with pain on the left side of my mouth and was told it was nothing to do with my teeth. After a month of excruciating pain and 2 visits to my PCP, a visit to my ENT, I was told that my tooth was oozing inflammation. I returned to the dentist. He extracted the tooth after find that it was indeed inflamed and cracked. I expressed how much pain I was in. He seemed to not care if I was in pain and only gave me a single sample pack of Tylenol/advil combined. I went home... read more
